ABOUT US
Ozcare Organics is an Australian owned personal care manufacturer in Cranbourne, Victoria. We have been making skincare, haircare and household products since 2009, first under our own brand and now for other Australian brands as well.
We are a manufacturer that also sells its own products. That is unusual, and it is the reason we understand what our clients are up against.
Our story
Ozcare has been manufacturing personal care products in Victoria since 2003. For most of that time the work was making products for other people.
In 2022 we launched our own brand. It has grown to more than thirty products across skincare, haircare, baby care and household cleaning, now stocked in IGA supermarkets.
Running our own brand meant doing every step ourselves: formulating, sourcing raw materials, filling, labelling, choosing packaging that survives a supply chain, and meeting the compliance requirements to sell in Australian retail. That experience is what we bring to the brands we manufacture for.

Our Commitment to Quality
Most contract manufacturers have never had to sell a product at retail. We have. We know what a buyer asks for, what a label needs to survive scrutiny, and what happens to margins when packaging decisions are made badly.
So when we quote on your product, we are thinking about whether it can actually be sold profitably, not just whether we can fill it.
What we believe
There is a habit in this industry of adding trace amounts of an active ingredient purely so it can appear on the label. We do not work that way. If an ingredient is on your label at a level that does nothing, the product will not perform, your customers will not repurchase, and the brand pays for it.
We would rather tell you a formula needs reworking than make something we know will disappoint the person who buys it.
Our facility
Everything is made in Cranbourne. Our equipment handles bottles, jars and pots, aluminium and plastic tubes, and sachet filling and sealing, which covers most personal care formats without sending part of the job elsewhere.
Batch sizes suit brands that are launching as well as brands already in retail, and the same records and checks apply either way.
Working with us
We are a small enough operation that you will deal with people who know your product, not a rotating account manager. When you call about a batch, the person answering can go and look at it.
We treat client work as confidential by default. Formulas, artwork, volumes and customer lists stay yours.
